Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
This includes the cost of standard shipping (excluding any additional fees for express or special delivery services).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No administrative fees will be applied.
You must return the goods within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.
Returns are considered timely if the items are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized items
Sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
Audio, video, or software products once unsealed
Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, labels, and safety seals.
If the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, a partial refund may be applied.
